COVID-19 Statement




 We are all being tasked with taking the Covid-19 situation very seriously and we want to reassure you as a Landmark customer that we are here to assist you. It is a time that we will all be tested and we are trying our very best to make sure that we are taking precautions for the well-being of you, our customer and that of our Team members.

Mazda Canada Inc. and Landmark Mazda view safety as our number one concern and as such, we have implemented new procedures to assist in the battle against Covid-19. These procedures will evolve as does the situation:
We will continue to educate and communicate with our staff about proper hygiene such as frequently washing of hands to help reduce the risk of infection.

* New procedures to respect social distancing for our customers and staff.

*Seating in the dealership waiting areas have been reduced and spread out to respect social distancing.

* We are temporarily closing our coffee and refreshment station.

*We have increased the frequency of our cleaning throughout the dealership including work surfaces and stations, touch points, customer seating areas, floors, high traffic areas and more.

*Before and after each test drive the vehicle will have touch points like the steering wheel, gear shifter, start buttons, keys, arm rests and more cleaned with a sanitising solution to help reduce the risks.

*Service personnel will also be following a strict process of using a sanitizer on all touch points in your vehicle before and after servicing. Staff are also being instructed to wear gloves and sanitise workstations and debit machines.

*At home test drives can be arranged and are encouraged. Staff will be following a strict sanitising protocol on these home test drives and your vehicle will be clean before we even ring the doorbell. Please call 780.476.6221 to enquire.

We will be reducing our hours of operation and staggering shifts to reduce the number of employees in the building.
